Any queer-led group, club, collective, mutual aid network, or event crew is welcome—whether you're one person or a whole crew of organizers.

That said, we reserve the right to accept or decline orders based on capacity and eligibility to ensure we can deliver high-quality results and support the projects that align with our mission.

What counts as a "bulk" or community order?

Community orders start at just 5 items—yep, that low! Perfect for small teams, event crews, or first-time fundraisers.

 How much does it cost?

Pricing depends on quantity, product type, and design. We offer community pricing and tiered discounts to keep things accessible.

Bonus: 10% of our profits go back into supporting queer spaces—and if your project aligns with our reinvestment mission, we may apply that support directly to your order. Let us know when you reach out!

What kind of items can I order?

If you’re just looking for custom stickers, head to our Custom Sticker Page—you can order directly from there.

For everything else—apparel (t-shirts, hoodies, beanies), mugs or bundled merch packages—submit a community order form above. If you’ve got something specific in mind, just ask. We love bringing unique ideas to life.

Can we use our own artwork or logo?

Absolutely. Send us your hi-res files (at least 300 DPI) and we’ll help prep them for print.

How long will our order take?

Most orders take 5-7 business days depending on size and complexity. We’ll confirm a timeline once we review your request.

Do you ship across Canada?

Yes! We offer affordable shipping across the country and offer free pick ups if you are based in Tkaronto. Please see our Shipping policy for more details.

Can we do a preorder or fundraiser model?

Yes! We can help you run a preorder campaign where folks order directly from us. Ask us how!
